Lynette has spent over 30 years serving as a full-time minister and 25 years as a pastor. She combines real-life humor with Biblical truth to inspire others. Her passion is helping people discover their full potential in God by removing limitations on what God can do through them. She loves introducing others to a God who loves without boundaries and activating the gifts of the Holy Spirit within. Lynette also focuses on building strong women who embrace the power and responsibility of being called a daughter of The King! She speaks weekly at her home church and travels to churches, conferences, and mission events. Her experience and heartfelt message make her a trusted voice for encouraging faith and inspiring hope.

Lynette and her husband, Darin Gleghorn, are the co-pioneers of Northern Colorado Cowboy Church in Lucerne, CO. She serves alongside her husband as part of the pastoral leadership team. Darin and Lynette treasure time with their family - their son, Rhett and daughter-in-love, Lacey, as well as their daughter Rhiatta and son-in-love, Gage.

Steffani has been in ministry for over 30 years, speaking at conferences, events, and churches, and serving as the Women’s Pastor at Citipointe Church of Northern Colorado. She has also co-hosted God’s View TV Shows, sharing her heart for encouraging others and speaking life into broken places.

Steffani’s passion is to reach the brokenhearted, the rejected, and the wounded – those who may feel overlooked or forgotten, but who God has called to bloom in His perfect timing. Her own powerful testimony is a reminder that God can breathe new life into even the most unlikely places. At just 13, Steffani drowned in a tragic accident, but God miraculously raised her from the dead, setting her free from fear and brokenness and planting deep roots of faith that have shaped her life and ministry.

Steffani has been married to David, the love of her life, for 36 years. Together, they have three wonderful sons, two amazing daughters-in-law, and one precious granddaughter. Zach and his wife Tayler live in Colorado with their sweet little girl, Gabriella. Tyler and his wife Janae are stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, and their youngest, Derek, is attending UND in Grand Forks, ND.

When she’s not pouring into others, Steffani loves sipping coffee, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family in the mountains – where she is continually reminded of God’s beauty, strength, and faithfulness.

Ashley is a devoted wife to Tommy and a full-time mother of two. She has a heart for building authentic community and creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and called into their God-given purpose.

For the past seven years, Ashley has led a women’s Bible study centered on spiritual growth and motherhood, encouraging women to deepen their relationship with the Lord and walk confidently in their calling. What started as a small gathering soon grew into the first Boots on the Ground group – a testament to Ashley’s natural gift for gathering women in truth and purpose.

Ashley is also an entrepreneur who has helped lead and encourage women in building personal businesses rooted in faith and balance. She finds joy in mentoring others, helping them pursue not only their passions but the greater purpose behind them.

Whether she’s hosting a gathering, digging in the garden, or enjoying time with her family on their hobby farm, Ashley shares the love of Jesus with grace and intentionality. Her heart is especially drawn to women who underestimate their own strength – reminding them of who they are in Christ and the bold, beautiful life they’ve been called to live.

  • Your General Admission ticket includes access to all sessions, materials, worship gatherings, and any scheduled breakout experiences. We will also include light refreshments, a delicious dinner on Saturday evening and multiple chances to win local vendor related prizes. Plus, local vendor and Boots on the Ground swag + optional merch will be available!

  • Expect Spirit-led teaching, worship, group connection, and practical encouragement. We’ll explore the lives of inspiring women in the Bible, grow deep roots in truth, and be encouraged to bloom where God has planted us.

  • This event is for women of all ages and stages—whether you’re new to faith, deepening your walk with God, a mom in the trenches, or a woman ready to step boldly into her calling. If you're hungry to grow in your relationship with Christ, you're welcome here.

  • Infants are welcome at the conference, and a nursing room will be available at the church. We kindly ask that only nursing-age infants attend, as we’re unable to accommodate older children. For your little one’s comfort, we recommend bringing infant ear protection during worship times.

  • Yes! We will provide dinner on Saturday night, and attendees will receive discount coupons for a few local restaurants to enjoy lunch on Saturday. Throughout the entire event, we’ll have light snacks and beverages available to keep you refreshed and fueled.

  • Come as you are — jeans, dresses, boots, or sandals - whatever makes you happy! We suggest comfortable clothing for sitting, worshiping, and walking around. Bonus points for wildflower prints!
